Junior Tennis Jam is an event organized by the Dallas Tennis Association (“DTA”). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information gathered through the Junior Tennis Jam registration website at jtj.dta.org.

When you register for Junior Tennis Jam, we collect:
- Parent/Guardian information: name, email address, and phone number
- Player information: name, date of birth, gender, t-shirt size, and tennis skill level
- Payment information:processed securely by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers
Children's Privacy
We take children's privacy seriously. All player information is provided by and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Player data is used solely for event registration, on-site check-in, and event coordination.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Only authorized DTA staff have access to registration data.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery) solely to operate the event registration system.
Data Retention
Registration data is retained for the duration of the event season and a reasonable period afterward for administrative purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
